In a very general sense, law may be regarded as the explicit or implicit rules for conduct of members of society that are generally recognized or accepted and for which positive or negative sanctions exist. Some such rules may always be compiled from the verbal statements of members of a given society; however, the law its fuctuinung rarely can be understood without observation of behaviors when trouble sappers.
